By accessing or using the L'AGENCE platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms govern your use of the Platform, not your separate commercial engagement with L'AGENCE.
Access to the Platform is by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account or allow any third party to access the Platform using your credentials. L'AGENCE may suspend or revoke access at any time for breach of these Terms.
All candidate profiles, shortlists, AI-generated insights, and pipeline data visible on the Platform are strictly confidential. You must not share, copy, screenshot, or distribute any candidate information beyond the authorised users within your organization who have a legitimate need to review it for the agreed search mandate.
The Platform may only be used for the purpose of reviewing and providing feedback on executive search mandates conducted by L'AGENCE. You must not: attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape data from the Platform; use candidate data for purposes other than the agreed search mandate; contact candidates directly using information obtained through the Platform without L'AGENCE's prior written consent.
The Platform uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate candidate match scores, rationale summaries, and coaching content. These outputs are provided to assist human decision-making and do not constitute professional advice. L'AGENCE does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and all material hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant human decision-maker.
All software, designs, workflows, and AI models forming part of the Platform are the intellectual property of L'AGENCE. Candidate data remains the intellectual property of the respective individuals. Client-provided job descriptions and role briefs remain owned by the client.
The Platform is provided "as is". L'AGENCE's liability arising from use of the Platform is limited to the fees paid by the client for the relevant search mandate in the three months preceding any claim. L'AGENCE is not liable for indirect, consequential, or reputational damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
