Our Leadership
Michaëlle Gocko Achukwu
Michaëlle's career began in Paris - at Corbis, Bill Gates's global digital photography agency - where she worked at the intersection of creative production and the early digital content revolution. After her MBA at Chicago Booth, she joined General Electric as an early commercial leader and one of the architects of GE's Francophone Africa expansion - building the commercial, organizational, and operational strategy that made the case to GE's global leadership for the region's expansion - and led the commercialization of innovative battery storage solutions across the continent.
She also helped launch GE Digital's global partner marketing function, building the ecosystem of alliances with Accenture, PwC, Microsoft, and Apple that powered GE's digital transformation of power generation and grid technology. She went on to Egon Zehnder, where she advised Fortune 500, PE-backed, and family-owned businesses on high-stakes executive recruitment and succession planning across Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
Franco-Congolese by origin, she has spent her career at the intersection of energy systems, digital transformation, and global leadership - the same intersection where L'AGENCE's clients operate.
She is building the infrastructure she wished had existed at Egon Zehnder - where elite human judgment is no longer capped by the administrative limits of the tools beneath it.
