For Sourcing-as-a-Service engagements, your first scored shortlist lands within 48 hours of role briefing. For retained executive search, we deliver the initial longlist within 5 business days. For TIaaS engagements with priority SLA, first shortlist is within 24 hours.
For Executive Search mandates, we offer a 6-month placement guarantee. For Specialist Retained Search, if a placed candidate exits within 90 days of their start date, for any reason, we conduct a full re-search at no additional fee. The guarantee covers the full search process from briefing through to a new shortlist.
Discretion is built into every engagement by default. We operate under strict non-disclosure, approach candidates without revealing the client's identity until agreed, and manage all communications through our secure portal. For CEO or board-level mandates, we can implement full blind-search protocols on request.
Sourcing-as-a-Service covers one active role at a time. Specialist Retained Search can support 2–3 concurrent mandates. Talent Infrastructure (TIaaS) is purpose-built for unlimited parallel pipelines, with no degradation in quality or speed.

Fee structures vary by engagement model. Sourcing-as-a-Service is a monthly retainer. Retained Search and Specialist Retained Search are priced per placement, typically as a percentage of first-year compensation. Talent Infrastructure (TIaaS) and Leadership & Individual Advisory are scoped and priced on a project or retainer basis.
